We have an excellent track record in this field having acquired some of the UK's most prestigious sites on behalf of our motor trade clients. We advise on the development and refurbishment of new and existing properties, offering guidance on overall project viability. We oversee the construction process from the appointment of the professional team, through design and planning to tendering, construction and commissioning, to deliver the project on time and on budget.
